Membership access details are outlined in the product description and may vary by promotion or plan.

2. No Refunds

All membership purchases are non-refundable, including prepaid packages. We do not offer partial refunds for early cancellation or dissatisfaction. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this policy.

3. No Guarantees

Results are not guaranteed. Success in your personal, professional, or business life depends on your own effort, consistency, and application of the strategies discussed. This membership is designed to support growth, not promise outcomes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Amanda Patrick, The Action Lab, and its affiliates are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or consequences resulting from your participation in the program. Coaching is for educational and developmental purposes only. You are solely responsible for your actions.

5. Confidentiality & Community Conduct

You agree not to share, misuse, or distribute any sensitive, proprietary, or personal information shared within the program, including other members' experiences, images, or details. Breach of confidentiality or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund.

6. Respectful Participation

We are committed to creating a safe, supportive environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant who displays harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior at any time.
