1. Scope of Services

LADR provides coaching, consulting, virtual assistant support, digital content, and community-based resources via The Action Lab platform. The nature, duration, and scope of your service depend on the specific offer purchased. It is your responsibility to review offer details before purchasing.

2. Payment & Refunds

  • All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is processed.

  • For recurring offers, you will be billed automatically at the interval noted on the checkout page. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions or submit required forms/check-ins does not entitle you to a refund or makeup session unless otherwise agreed.

3. Use of Services

  • Services are for individual or internal business use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

  • You agree to use the services provided in good faith, and to engage respectfully with LADR staff, community members, and your assigned virtual assistant (if applicable).

  • LADR reserves the right to terminate access without refund in cases of inappropriate conduct, harassment, or violation of these terms.

4. Virtual Assistant Support Terms

  • VA support hours must be used within 30 days of purchase and do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment.

  • You are responsible for providing clear, actionable instructions and timely feedback to your VA.

  • LADR is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from unclear or incomplete information.

5. Coaching & Consulting Terms

  • Coaching and strategy sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted.

  • 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session.

  • Action Lab+ coaching requires weekly check-in submissions; missed weeks do not roll over.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • You understand and agree that LADR is not responsible for any decisions you make as a result of participating in our programs or using our services.

  • LADR makes no guarantees of specific results or outcomes.

  • You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless LADR and its team from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and resources provided remain the property of LADR and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

LADR will treat all client information with care and discretion. You agree to do the same, especially within community spaces and when interacting with other members or VAs.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith communication. If unresolved, any legal claims must be brought under the jurisdiction of [Insert Province/State] law.
