I'm Amanda Patrick

None of this happened overnight.
My transformation happened over years—through trauma, heartbreak, healing, rebuilding, and showing up when it would’ve been easier to quit.

I’ve healed from childhood trauma.
I ended a 14-year relationship and rebuilt my life as a single mom.
I built two businesses from the ground up.
I ruptured my Achilles and came back stronger.
I’ve lost 47 pounds.
And I founded Gift-a-Family—a Christmas campaign that’s now Simcoe County’s fastest-growing charitable initiative.
